Snickers je ena najbolj priljubljenih čokoladic na svetu, a se ji zaradi velike vsebnosti sladkorja, kalorij in nasičenih maščob pogosto odrečemo. Ali ste vedeli, da obstaja fit različica Snickersa? Ta je precej bolj zdrava, uživate pa jo lahko brez slabe vesti.

Pripravite svojo Snickers sladico
Fit Snickers sladica je za pripravo zelo preprosta.
Spodnja plast
- 1¼ skodelice mandljeve moke
- 2 žlici javorjevega sirupa
- 2 žlici stopljenega kokosovega olja
- Ščepec morske soli
Karamela:
- 6 natrganih datljev
- 4 žlice arašidovega masla
- 2 žlici kokosovega olja
- 1 žlica javorjevega sirupa
- 3 žlice vroče vode
Čokoladni preliv:
- Temna čokolada
- 1 čajna žlička kokosovega olja
Priprava:
Pekač obložite s peki papirjem in pripravite spodnjo plast. V posodi zmešajte mandljevo moko, javorjev sirup, kokosovo olje in sol. Maso stisnite na dno pripravljenega pekača in ga položite v zamrzovalnik.
Za pripravo karamele zmiksajte natrgane datlje, arašidovo maslo, kokosovo olje, javorjev sirup in vodo. Mešajte toliko časa, da se sestavine povežejo. Ko dobite gosto in enakomerno maso, jo razporedite po spodnji plasti in pekač vrnite v zamrzovalnik.
Na koncu pripravite še čokoladni preliv. V skodelici zmešajte čokolado in kokosovo olje. Nad vodno paro ali pa v mikrovalovni pečici segrevajte toliko časa, da se čokolada stopi.
Preden sladico oblijete s čokolado, v karamelo vtisnite cele ali nasekljane arašide. Vse skupaj nato oblijte s stopljeno čokolado in pekač postavite v zamrzovalnik za vsaj eno uro, da se Snickers sladica strdi.
Ko je pripravljena, jo narežite na rezine in postrezite.

Pulse to combine, drizzling in the remaining 2 tablespoons water while the food processor is running. Add more water as needed to form a thick, smooth, and sticky paste. Spread it evenly over the base layer in the loaf pan. Return the pan to the freezer. Make the chocolate drizzle: Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl. Microwave in 10-second bursts, stirring after each one, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Remove the bars from the freezer and top with the peanuts, using your hands to press the nuts into the caramel. Drizzle with the chocolate, top with flaky sea salt, and freeze until firm, at least 1 hour.
