Ko temperature občutno padajo, dnevi pa se krajšajo, se pojavlja vedno več prehladov, kašlja in utrujenosti. Odpornost pa si lahko nekoliko izboljšamo z vitaminskimi napitki za krepitev imunskega sistema. Namesto, da posegate po tabletih, raje sledite receptu za domač vitaminski napitek, ki krepi imunski sistem.

Vitaminski napitek
Sestavine:
- 1 limona
- 1 kos ingverja (4 cm)
- 1 žlica medu
- 300 ml tople vode
Postopek:
Limono prerežite na pol in iztisnite sok. Kos ingverja drobno naribajte in dodajte limoninem soku. Primešajte eno žlico medu in vse skupaj zalijte s toplo vodo. Sestavine dobro premešajte in prelijte v steklenico. Če želite gladko teksturo napitka, sestavine zmiksajte.
Po želji lahko napitku dodate pomarančo, korenje ali jabolko.

Alternately you can also strain it through cheesecloth/a nut milk bag instead for a smoother juice. 5. Place the funnel on top of your glasses and carefully pour in the juice. Repeat until you’ve used it all up. Pop the lid on all of them and place into the fridge to chill.
